Wow, the last six weeks has flown by!
2020 will definitely be a year to remember...
Broke my arm on 1st June and here we are in July. The cast came off on Friday and it isn't pretty but it is what it is. So time to get on with building strength and flexibility in a weird looking wrist.
Learning new things daily and finding confidence and positivity to...
Day 48... Sunday 10 May following the unusual Friday holiday to celebrate VE day.
More uncertainty and perhaps a glimmer of hope?
Are we coming out of lockdown? How are we coping? Have we adapted? Are we redefining what is important? As we move into the new 'rules' are we ready to deal change?
So many volunteers are doing amazing things across all communities. Making food and delivering parcels, shopping, sharing, making scrubs, working in the care sector and the NHS, etc, etc.
Amazing to watch and see people step up and take on new challenges.
So, people seem to be struggling at the moment. How are you doing?
The initial three weeks were...
Friday 1st May - a new month...

So, with an early...
There have been a few conversations over the last couple of days about "normality".
What is a normal family life? A normal upbringing? A normal childhood? A normal relationship?
There is so much to explore here but, I believe, that the essence is in perception.
We spend our life living the way we think we are supposed to.
Doing the things...

Stepping off the pavement to socially distance from someone coming towards me, I noticed the double yellow lines on the road. It got me thinking about parallel lives.
My favourite movie is ‘The French...
Today's theme is about connection and leaning in.
Leaning in on ourselves - finding our inner strength, pushing ourselves and realising just how strong and capable we really are.
Leaning on others - ask for support. Reach out and connect. Be honest and share what is going on. By voicing those thoughts buzzing around in your head, you are able to make...
