The cast is off and rehab begins
Wow, the last six weeks has flown by!
2020 will definitely be a year to remember...
Broke my arm on 1st June and here we are in July. The cast came off on Friday and it isn't pretty but it is what it is. So time to get on with building strength and flexibility in a weird looking wrist.
Learning new things daily and finding confidence and positivity to keep exploring and pushing forward.
Today I tried yoga and almost found it harder than when I had the cast on.... Gently does it, but I am convinced that the yoga, and movement with breathing and relaxation, will be beneficial in ways that can't be defined just yet.
The beautiful rainbows on Friday evening were a reminder that there are miracles amongst the darkest clouds 😘
