Treat yourself to some indulgent self-care on this weekend break. Walking, yoga and a trip to some famous places including the Turkish Baths.
Exercise to clear the mind and energise the body. Plenty of walking to explore the town, the local countryside and places of interest. Time for a cuppa in a few of our many wonderful establishments.
A wander through the famous parks and gardens with routes adaptable depending on the weather, the conditions underfoot, and the interests of the group.
Relax in the heat rooms of the Turkish Baths, enjoy the comfort of our Victorian Guesthouse, stretch and re-energise in the yoga and meditation sessions, experience the hospitality of Harrogate.

Stay and explore Upper Nidderdale as spring arrives. Meet locals who have been here forever and lambs who have just been born.
Explore woodlands carpeted in bluebells, and smell the early wild garlic as it appears along with other dainty woodland flowers.
Witness the migrating birds that pass through. Learn some local history. Walk with the Llamas. Explore the gorges and moorland with views that will last forever.
Great reservoirs, woodlands, ancient rock art, moorland that stretches on and on in this glacial valley with streams that vanish into underground caverns to miraculous appear a few miles down.
Daily yoga in the amazing raised room overlooking the gorge and trees. Be inspired. Be amazed.

The heady scent and sights of flowers everywhere.
Four days of exploring the lower reaches of Nidderdale. Farmlands with young crops, lambs pronking in the fields, wild garlic in full force, the cherry trees in Harrogate.
From Harrogate to Fountains Abbey, Burton Leonard to Brimham Rocks, so much to explore, and even more to enjoy. The smells and energy close by compete with the views afar.
A very special time to emerging from the winter and finding our own vitality.

The magic of Malham, exploring the Cove, Janet's Foss, Goredale Scar, vast stretches of moorland and the limestone pavements.
Enjoy the delights of friendship, hospitality and something a little different. The locals here are renowned for making every stay extra special.
Witness the young peregrines as they stretch their wings. See the beauty in the detail of the mosses and dainty woodland plants.

The bustle of one of largest mainland sea bird colonies in Europe, this is a photo opportunity of note.

The long days give us plenty of time to explore the Herriot Way trail. This long distance trail, is challenging in parts, easy in others but always packed with interest.
The wild flower meadows are spectacular and illustrate the full beauty of nature when left to her own devices.
Meet hill farmers and villagers. Experience life in the Dale for a couple of days.

Bridlington to Scarborough

The magic of the seabird colonies is an incredible spectacle to witness as we traverse the coastline from Bridlington to Scarborough.
A challenging but beautiful walk with accommodation to awe.
The bustle of one of largest mainland sea bird colonies in Europe, this is a photo opportunity of note. Returning to revisit the growing Gannets and young puffins before they all head out to sea.

Walk the Harrogate Ringway taking in the rivers, viaducts, impressive views, rocky crags, woodlands and farm fields.
Enjoy the surrounding countryside of this beautiful spa town and then relax in a spa in the evening.
A 20 mile round route but with plenty of stops and diversions to enjoy the local tearooms and hidden delights.
