Supporting and being supported. Connecting and being creative.
As much as we want to support others we also need to accept support from others. Now it is time to be creative and find ways to connect, to listen, and be positive.
Can you accept and love yourself, just the way you are?
As we slow down, start to enjoy things we never had time for, see 'celebrities' as normal, are you able to really look, listen and see the magnificence of you?
Masking, unmasking and exploration of "normality"
What masks are we shedding, to be replaced by masks that hide our smile? What is normality. Is it just a perception that we create with masks of expectation?
Bravely learning new skills: grooming a schnauzer for the first time!
A different sort of Sunday. Learning new skills while clipping my fluffy schnauzer, for the first time, after a swim in the river. Foraging wild garlic.
